Oak is Light brown sometimes with a tiger stripe colour of light and darker brown.

Course texture with good figure. Quarter sawn has dramatic flash of the medular rays.

the timber is hard, clean working, bends well and fairly stable.

Quarter sawn boards at 1" , 1.25", 1.5" and 2" at £25/Cuft

Through and Through sawn boards some with wanny edges 1" , 1.25", 1.5" and 2" at £12-£25/Cuft.
